2. In Home Consult and Design Proposal
The next exciting step is for me to visit your home and have the opportunity to meet you and your family in person. This is a vital part of understanding your space, your lifestyle, and your vision so that we can make it come to life. This is a chance for you to share more about how you live and use your home.
From this consult I will then provide you with a detailed Scope of Work, Design Agreement and Fee Proposal.
This investment is $350 - duration of 1-1.30hrs, depending on how long we need.
3. Research and Concept - Mood Boards
Time to start creating!
To get started, we'll be using mood boards, colour palettes, and various samples to establish the perfect ambiance for your home. This process will help us define the look and feel you want to achieve and ensure that every design choice aligns with your goals and preferences.
I'll be collecting inspiration from various sources, curating images that resonate with your style. These concepts will be presented to you to for sign off before we move onto the next step.
4. Design - Spatial Layout / Documentation / Technical Drawings
Detailed 2D floor plans, 3D elevations and joinery documentation will be drawn as needed for each space.
Floor Plans give you an understanding of layout and flow.

5. Design Detail
This is where you will see a snapshot of your room to be!
Alongside the room designs, I will provide specifications for each recommended product and accessory. This includes everything from furniture and lighting fixtures to decor items and textiles. You will be provided with a digital, detailed list with links to each item I have specified for your home.
Your input and feedback remain at the heart of this process. I will do my best to ensure that the final design not only meets your aesthetic preferences but also fits comfortably within your budgetary parameters.
